At Yo-get-it we wanted to find a way to look after our Mum’s and Mum’s all around Australia! We owe so much to our Mum’s and what better way to show them than on a day dedicated just to them!
Sunday the 8th of May is a day to say thankyou, to say I love you and to make sure your mum knows just how much you care!
It’s a day also for reflection, a day to consider the facts of being a women and a mum in Australia.
- Breast cancer is the most common life – threatening cancer facing Australian women.
- One in eight women (and around one in 700 men) will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.
- Every day in Australia, 44 women are expected to be diagnosed with breast cancer – that’s 15,930 women in 2016 – and eight women die from the disease, leaving countless families devastated
This year Yo-get-it have teamed up with the Mother’s Day Classic to provide support and celebrate the great work they are doing to raise awareness and provide funds to Breast Cancer Research.
On Mother’s Day, Sunday 8th of May, $1 From Every Yogurt Sold across all our Australian Locations* will be donated to the MDCR and Breast Cancer Research.
We’re going pink for the day too! So treat your mum or anyone you love to a pink Yo-get-it frozen yogurt and know it’s going towards an imprortant cause!
